VP: Redskins put nightmare loss to sleep
 

After his team’s chartered flight landed Sunday night, Joe Gibbs was in the trainer’s room sitting with Chris Samuels, Chris Cooley, Cornelius Griffin, Joe Salave’a, Phillip Daniels and the rest of the Washington Redskins’ long list of walking wounded.

Then he went upstairs and began breaking down the films of his team’s 36-0 shellacking against the New York Giants, the worst loss of his career.
