Trick question...the answer is Redskins LB Andre Collins. Picked off Atlanta rookie Brett Favre's first NFL pass and ran into the endzone for a touchdown as the Redskins went on to route the Falcons 56-17 during their magical 1991 season

so his first pass was an INT for a TD and his first completion was to himself. Wow if that ain't the makings of a great QB i don't know what is

I was at that game in 1991 and all the action was in our endzone. I slapped high five to G Clark after a touchdown reception. It was also cushion day and on every score cushions went flying everywhere.
