price for jersey alteraations???

I just sent out my Ramsey replica jersey to get the name patch removed and get my last name put in its place. How much do you think is reasonable to have this service done? i have instructed the guy not to touch the jersey without giving me a price first but i have no idea what i will have to pay.

Replace Ramsey with Rypien, and you'll have awesome retro jersey.

I wouldn't pay more then $20.00. You should be able to have it done for under that. I get my jersey's altered all the time. And a screened on name should be pretty cheap. Taking off the name plate is the hardest part. I usually do that myself to save $$.

Where do you go to get that done? Since I now have a #82,#80,#30(DOH!), #11 and #56 to get done.

the guy is supposed to call tommorow w/ a price. had to leave the jersey w/ him cause he wanted to match up the fabric. The jersey was only worn like ten times. Currently looks BRAND NEW.

i looked up 'screenprinting' in the phone book and got 6 places. if its not under 'screenprinting' , check 'embroidery'.

80 would be Coles.
I go a sporting goods store called Chick's. They send my jersey's out to get costomized.
I also have a local tailor that cuffs the sleeves for me so they look like the jersey's worn on the field.
You should be able to find a spoting goods store in your area that can point you in the right direction.

ps. I have 3 authentic Arrington jersey's that I need to fix up with my name.

But I was thinking I might wait and see if some else on the team hopefully Washington grabs that # before I throw my name on them.
