Redskins Medallion Collection

Hello, I am looking for a Mark Brunell Medallion. I diligently collected two medallions each day they were available to put together a complete set to give as gifts but on Sept. 29 my daughter was rushed to the hospital in acute liver failure due to tylenol poisening and I had to rely on someone else to collect the remaining medallions for me while except they didn't get Mark Brunell (I think this was the last day). So, now I have 21 medallions (well actually 42) have spent a fortune and have two incomplete sets. If anyone has at least 1 Mark Brunell Medallion they would like to sell it would be greatly appreciated. I contacted the Washington Post Marketing dept. and of course they are no help and can't give me any information as to where all the extra medallions have gone other than "the Promotion is Over!

I don't have an answer for you but more importantly how is your daughter doing?

Allen: You didn't mention if you needed the one from The Virginian-Pilot or The Washington Post however, I was able to find this one on Ebay. eBay: 2006 MARK BRUNELL WASHINGTON REDSKINS MEDALLION (item 290045302288 end time Nov-06-06 17:35:55 PST) To my knowledge, all unsold medallions were to be returned to the newspaper companies. You may want to try to contact them.
I'll ask around and see if the Giant and Shoppers grocery stores can offer any insight.

Cheerful: Thanks for the info - my girl is recovering nicely, thank God. I did contact the Washington Post and was informed "the Promotion is over" go to EBAY. Your link was the first find on ebay so again, thanks.

I think I'd have to call the W- Post again and speak to someone else. One would think that after learning of your story, they would be willing to help. I know there's rules and guidelines however, there's also exceptions. Shamefully, you spoke with someone unwilling to help. It sounds as if you may have caught the fat lady during lunch therefore, she felt the need to be curt and rude. lol
