| George Allen signed football ok so my parents live in northern va, my dad and i are huge skins fans. my parents wen to a party where they had a silent auction, one of the items was a george allen signed football. my dad watched over it like a hawk all night and was upping bids every chance he got, eventually the item was closed and he had won the ball. when he was presented with the ball he read the following: Keep on winning! signed - Senator George Allen not only did he waste over 100 dollars but he wasted all night watching that stupid ball. he was bitter! |

| Re: George Allen signed football hope the money went to a good cause, because that was a straight up rip off. i would probably write to senator Allen, and see if he could hook me up with something from his dad

| Re: George Allen signed football I have 2 footballs signed by GEORGE ALLEN and the entire team. The signatures are fading, but its one of those 1/2 cowhide 1/2 leather footballs with all the sigs. Pretty cool stuff.

| Re: George Allen signed football Items signed by George Allen the football coach are worth their weight in gold (well not quite, but they're valuable). Items signed by George Allen the Senator are probably worthless. |

| Re: George Allen signed football Why the hell is Senator Allen even signing footballs? Did he play? Man if I was your Dad I'd be pissed too. Like some one already said. I hope it was for a good cause at least.

| Re: George Allen signed football Isn't it amazing how quickly one man can go from presidential candidate to Mr. Mukaka, whose signature alone can ruin a perfectly good football. |

| Re: George Allen signed football Are you sure the people having the auction even knew that George Allen was a coach for the Skins and it might be misleading? Are you sure your dad did not just get so pumped about the ball that he missed the part about senator? The reason I ask if he only paid $100.00 buck's for the ball either two things had to happen. 1. There was no other person there that knew the value of this football and that would be hard to believe because your in Northern VA. or 2. Other's noted that it was the son and not the dad's sig. |
