| Question about Jerseys OK. Jersey's usally run in the 70's to lower 100's right? So why does walmart sell Jerseys at 30 to 40 dollars? What the difference? If it were not NFL licensed it would be illegal to sell them. So why the price gap. I saw them there the other day, though I was shocked to find they only carried a few Titans and Pats jerseys here in the heart of skins country. (I work overnight security in a mall and my cammera both is exactly fifteen feet from a Redskins Official Store. =) ) |

| Re: Question about Jerseys I'm not even sure what you call those wal-mart jerseys. They're not even a full fledged replica jersey, they are basically a replica of a replica if that makes any sense. Spend the few extra bucks and at least get a true replica. |

| Re: Question about Jerseys Somebody posted this site on the WP a while back. Can't beat it. Everything sewn on, NO BS. Good "replica" for like $30 up. I bought a Cooley and a Portis for $40, and $50 respectively. GREAT deal, and delivered in about 7-10 days NFL Jerseys:Wash. Redskins - pro bowl jersey shop

| Re: Question about Jerseys I thought so to, especially when you look around at what you normally pay $75 for!

| Re: Question about Jerseys I found a guy from whom I have ordered several jerseys. $75, includes shipping. VERY difficult to tell his apart from the authentics that sell for 300, even if you have them side-by-side. Only catch is, his inventory is all pre-made and can be inconsistent from week to week. For example, my eagle fan friend wants a Stewart Bradley but the only eagles he currently has are westbrook, mcnabb, and samuel.

| Re: Question about Jerseys These fake jersey posts make me cringe, but I have resigned myself to knowing that I can't talk most people out of going that route. I will offer at least one alternative though (and there are others but I gather price is the #1 concern here). Check out this eBay seller: stonesbcool: He has a lot of off-prints from Reebok and sells stuff for cheap. Sometimes he sells defects for real cheap. He has a Portis EQT currently up at auction and a Jason Taylor replica for $29.99 that has a defect on one sleeve. I have bought from him before and he is a quality seller who deals in authentic Reebok merchandise, not knock-offs.

| Re: Question about Jerseys Oh don't worry SC. I may be new to football but I'm not new to rip-offs. I wouldn't dream of buying one of those. The only reason I bring them up is because I found it odd that wal-mart could sell knock offs. I don't know percisely what qualifies as 'authentic' (Made by rebok??) but its not like someone isn't going to notice bootlegged goods in a chain store of that size. I'm deffinitely going to check into that ebay seller once I decide to buy, I'll at least check him first. I want to own a jersey soon, but I'm also a broke college student. Knowing that I may only get one for a very long time I don't want to settle for anything but the player and colors I want. |
