| Re: Thinking about getting rid of my tickets for the Eagles Game Went to the game and I would've hated myself forever if I hadn't. It was a great time and that ending was spectacular. |

| Re: Thinking about getting rid of my tickets for the Eagles Game I'm convinced you're Jim Zorn or a very close relative of his.

| Re: Thinking about getting rid of my tickets for the Eagles Game So do you still feel this way and if so which players don't even care? |

| Re: Thinking about getting rid of my tickets for the Eagles Game Nope, but I wish I had his flat top. Portis is a warrior, just doesn't have the talent everyone thinks he has (at least in my eyes) Riggo said the same thing last night. Last edited by maroonandblack30; 12-22-2008 at 03:21 PM. |

| Re: Thinking about getting rid of my tickets for the Eagles Game 1400 yards without the support of a consistent passing game, PLUS the injuries (Grade 2 MCL Sprain), and you say he's over the hill??? I'll take my chances with that production from a RB any day. If Zorn's WCO passing game becomes a factor next year, I would look for Portis to get 1,700+ yards. The man didn't gain an easy yard this entire season. |

| Re: Thinking about getting rid of my tickets for the Eagles Game I think you have explosiveness mixed up with speed. He has explosiveness but lackes speed when he does get out in the open. If he did not have explosiveness he would not have 1400 yards this year. |

I know he is hurt, but he got caught from behind by a D-linemen yesterday on one play. If he is that hurt he shouldn't be playing. | |

| Re: Thinking about getting rid of my tickets for the Eagles Game My feeling about Portis hasn't changed...He criticized the offensive line when maybe the offensive line should have criticized him. For example, I've never seen Portis break any tackles like Adrian Peterson. And this year he didn't have any long runs that he created. Now he's mad because he didn't get 1,500 yards. As far as playing hurt, well, I'm sick of hearing about his aches and pains. He didn't run to win for the team, he ran to get yards for himself. Bring back Champ Bailey! Gibbs, why did you make that trade? |
