I'm sure it's been said, but it's nice to get that "he's not doing what he did in Denver" monkey off his back. With virtually identical stats to his first 2 years, there's no denying he can play. I was wrong about him when he came over 2 years ago, and I couldn't be happier!

I'm really torn between skins players as to whom to hand out the MVP award to.

Sure, Portis has been immaculate for us, but would the running game have flourished if Moss hadn't emerged as a big play threat. Then again, Moss owes his success to Portis' big play ability as well. What about Mike Sellers..without his special teams play and being a TD machine, we couldn't possibly have as many redzone TDs, and we wouldn't be handing out MVP awards at the end of the regular season. How about Cooley? Can you say more about what he's brought to the table and how he has helped mask the glaring deficiency at the 2nd WR position. How about Randy Thomas - for being the stud lead blocking lineman, outspoken leader and urging Gibbs to reinstate the run first philosophy. How about Jansen? Taylor for putting the fear of god into opposing WRs? Cornelius Griffin for our much improved D-line play? Last, but not least, how about Lemar Marshall?

Everyone was important, and some people put up stats while others play equally important roles and their performance doesn't show up in the stat sheets. I would hand out a joint MVP to all these aforementioned guys.
