| Re: Taylor Jacobs Sucks the only throw that went jacobs way in the tampa was the interception towards the end of the game.that was one lame ass attempt to try and catch the ball or at least try to become a defender so the interception doesnt happen.for some reason jacobs doesnt get any seperation.brunell can throw to moss when he is covered because some way, some how, moss will make a play on the ball.thats what good receivers do in this league, and jacobs will not be on the skins next year, maybe not even in the league |

| Re: Taylor Jacobs Sucks Brunnel needs to look at all the recievers to win, if their open don't be afraid to throw it in the players direction, long as their elegible. It would be the last thing any team would expect.

| Re: Taylor Jacobs Sucks I would love to have Patten back for this game. He didn't catch to many, but he was some much better than what we have now. Luckily, Moss has emerged to be a game changer all by himself. Boy, the experts were right, we had a terrible offseason last year...

| Re: Taylor Jacobs Sucks For a second round pick, TJ has been a huge disapointment. The only reason he has not been cut is because we invested a high pick on him and they are hoping he will pan out. I do not see him becoming a great player. If we pick up another good receiver or two next year, he will be the first to go. Regarding TJ being great in practice: anyone that has ever played organized football at a high level knows that there is a huge difference in speed, intensity, hitting, and over all pressure between practice and real games. There have been a ton of players that were great in practice but never translated it into the real games. Maybe he can not handle the pressure. There is a reason why Spurrier/ Gibbs and their staffs have not made Jacobs a feature WR, because they had doubts about his ability. His health is no longer an excuse, he has been healthy and active for 38 games and started 7. The guy needs to keep his mouth shut and lead by example. |

I agree, because Brown was at least getting open in pre-season games despite he had a bad case of the drops. Brunell was finding him open on various patterns, and I do feel he deserves at least a few opportunities. Taylor Jacobs has had unlimited chances, but for some reason just can't seem to get it done. At least give Brown a few touches, if he dosen't produce we still won't be any worse off because we're getting nothing from that position as it stands now. | |

| Re: Taylor Jacobs Sucks Jacobs made some ok catches, nothing good enough to show that he can step up when the offense needs him to. I dont think he has very much potential to offer this team. Is that a potential cut I sense? |

| Re: Taylor Jacobs Sucks I think he comes back for trainging camp but he ahs to start getting it done in games. He need huge upgrades in our WR depth. Patten will be fine as a 2 or 3 but we need another guy who can be good at 2 or 3 also. |

| Re: Taylor Jacobs Sucks we made some great postive steps in the right direction this year on offense. We will make a few more moves and this offense will be rolling. Maybe its time to put in Campbell.
