Re: I'm Still Proud To Be A Redskins Fan! I spent the first 5 minutes after the game looking for someone to blame but I almost forgot how much we have to be thankful for. What a great year, there's no better time to be proud to be a Washington Redskins fan. Hail to the Redskins. P.S. Bring on Dallas.

I'm usually on the neg side, yeah,I'm dissapointed, but I'm not going to harp on the neg things of this game,it was a great run,if you would have told any of us at the start of the season if we would take 10-6 and 2 wins over dallas and philly plus a playoff win,we all would have taken that in a heartbeat, great job skins |

Re: I'm Still Proud To Be A Redskins Fan! every loss is tough but as far as how I feel about this season's performance was best said by Darrel Armstrong: "How 'bout the Redskins!!!!" These guys played their guts out the last 2 monthes and we love them for it and this is the first year in recent memory where it's not all going to be wishful thinking on a good/possibly great year because right now this upcoming year holds extremely strong possibilities about how far our beloved Redskins can go and those possibilities can only improve with a couple minor and major tweaks to the offense here and there.

Re: I'm Still Proud To Be A Redskins Fan! (Merged) I'm sure other people have expressed the same feelings, but this is not the time to be bemoaning a loss to the Seahawks. It happens, good teams lose. What happened this season was fantastic. We did so much more than critics imagines. We went as far or further than all but four teams. We have new threats and others continue to emerge. Yes, we have problems, but so do all teams to some extent. When the Redskins lost today, friends and family kept trying to console me. Yes, it's never fun to have your team lose a game, but we had so much more to be proud of than most teams. Think about how we feel about our season compared to New England fans! They're probably jumping ship left and right because they didn't win it all. This season was a fantastic time to be a Redskins fan. The records they set and the comebacks they pulled off made me happy as can be. Of course, I'd be even happier if we went all the way, but you can't expect it every year. Considering the steps the team has taken though... who is to say it won't happen NEXT year? I've spoken my peace. Hail to the Redskins!

Re: I'm Still Proud To Be A Redskins Fan! (Merged) The important thing is that even when nobody else believed in the team, we did. And the team believed they could win. Next year, any media whore who's picking us to be dogs again will think twice.
