| Sue Me, Sue You I know we have some current and prospective lawyers here. Leaving aside whether or not it would be prudent or popular, what is the likelihood that a Federal Judge would issue an injunction against this deadline? Does the fact that it was a part of a CBA outweigh its questionable legality? Just a thought.

I could be wrong, but that is my understanding of the CBA. | |

| Re: Sue Me, Sue You The 11th and 13th amendments barred slavery after the Civil War, but they also strict guidlines for employment contracts. No court will make americans work ever. Under strict circumstances, they may make someone fulfill an existing contract, but they certainly wont make an employee continue to fulfill his last contract. I am not an employment lawyer. |

| Re: Sue Me, Sue You the dead cba runs through 2007... the deadline is arbitrary and both sides are agreeing to the delays. so i'd guess close to 0%.
