| Re: Face of the Redskins I think the point here was to pick a player, but it's clearly Gibbs. High profile underperforming players have been the face of the redskins since 1992, but that all changed by design when Gibbs returned. Gibbs is building a workmanlike team full of team first high character men. By design Gibbs takes all the blame when things go wrong and spreads around all the credit. He wants a total team in which no player stands out above the team as a whole.
