um, i just logged in to this... whch is in a word, awesome :P

As far as what i liked, I like the power polls, I like the cap sheets, I like most of the people, I like the clean look and ease of use.

Scheed, I know you said CC was possessive and didn't work hard enough, but every time i've ever brought up a problem or question, he's always had it fixed or answered the same day, and the cap sheets just don't change enough to merit weekly updates, but whatever, not here to get in a pissing match, I just don't think those comments were called for.

I regret everyone who feels the need to spout insults like 5 year olds. I'm not privy to the private mod discussions, maybe its justified, but i doubt it. Hopefully everyone's cooled down now...

I don't know what i'm doing about the whole thing (As if anyone cared :P) but i'll try to get a hold of someone on IM first anyways.

i dont get why the site couldnt just remain unchanged and everyone can discuss redskins...nothing needs to be expanded or anything its fine the way it is...or was at least

I think this is really simple at this point. Regardless as to what all of us want (and you'll get hundreds of different answers to that), the real question is after all of this, can all you get along? Can what was said be forgotten and move on? And if it is water under the bridge, is that permanent, or will it just fester for a couple of months and then come up again?

If you all can really work it out and truly forget about it, I personally don't see why their can't be room for all of your ideas to grow in this one site. It's easy and convenient for everyone to come to one place to express ALL of their ideas.

If you can't truly work it out, or if the damage is too much for you all to have a good working relationship FOR THE FORSEEABLE future, then I say it is time to go your separate ways and start a second good site. There can be benefit two good websites.

The content of a website is only going to be as good as those who run the site allow it to be. If you can't all agree on that, then the site could begin to deteriorate.

This is just the two cents of someone who has lurked here for quite a while, so take it for what it's worth.

I guess they're going to keep this charade up for now so I'll just point out why this is obviously a joke. Based on the (admittedly sparce) information from the mods their disagreements they have seem totally ridiculous. All of the things that this "new" site would supposedly have seem like good ideas to me and probably 98% of the other people. I have been around long enough to "know" what kind of guy Matty is and does anyone think Matty would want this site to be the "Sports Center"? No. That's not what it is now and he's not going to turn an online discussion community into a bunch of articles and rumors. Guys this is a joke that has probably gone on too long now. What's the over-under on when they let the cat out of the bag?

OK, so you guys want to know what we all want, so here it goes.

Keep the simple feel to the site. While I am sure I would learn to get around on a more upscale and complex forum, a simple front page is what is needed to hook people at first.

Instead of only having the "news wire", I agree that we should have the "warpath editorials". Keep Bruds power poll, and add other stuff also. I remember when that was being talked about some time ago but never materialized. It should not have to be 'G' rated either. This is the internet not PBS.

Add naked cheerleader pictures.

Work harder to get better skins access. What they did to Joe Crisp was unpardonable, but there must be some other way to get it done.

Continue the Rick and Tony articles. They work well.
