I know this thread is almost pointless but I love it. Depends on who we're playing but I'd say the average is 11 guys

Cooley fumbled 4 times last year.

Moss and Portis both fumbled 3 times each, why do people only crack on Cooley??

Your absolutely right matty. We should be hating on all of them, not just one of them. Way to suck portis. I can't forget moss either, what a fargin fumblin machine.

Re: How Many Players Does it take To Tackle Cooley??

Cooley seemed to have his fumbles toward the end of the season and also had a few fumbles that we ended up recovering. If i recall his fumbles were almost always the result of a decent hit or an unsuspecting rip from behind. I don't remember any egregious fumbles that were the fault of poor ball protection. Just basic bad luck.

Uhh, for the record, I've been critical of Portis in the past. I mentioned his fumbles, and there was a time when I thought we weren't getting what most of us expected with his YPC average.

On a side note, those burgundy jerseys are macked out. I really, really wish the team would wear them more at home.
