| I could agree with Lavar beeing overpaid I hope he doesn't turn out overrated. Overrated: T.O. (and I hate this guy) Warren Sapp (his best days are over) Micheal Vick (yes he is good, but if you have to watch a game he's in its awful how often some talking head say Vick can do this and Vick is great at this, like Vick vs the whole other team is an even match or something) Underrated: Marvin Harrison (came in same time as TO has him beat in every stat, but not as many people know is name, best WR in the game last 5 years) LaDainian Tomlinson (this guy is carring that team) Jon Kitna (after the year he had last year how can Cindy knock him down to second string?) |

| JDLea drinks the Haterade Overrated: Jeremy Shockey (2 TD's a season, 894 yard rookie year...Tony Gonzalez had 10 TD's and 916 yards last season, Heap and Crumpler only had 3 TD's, but they had no one throwing to them) Kurt Warner (not anymore, but I always knew he was a procuct of the system) Charles Woodson (fall down a few more times Chuck) Rich Gannon (his so far past it) Bobby Taylor (never deserved to make that Pro Bowl a couple years ago) Keyshawn Johnson (I got 99 catches, but a Touchdown ain't 1...in all seriousness, shut up and find the end zone) Matt Hasselbeck (it won't last) Shaun Alexander (5 TD's one week, 50 yards the next) I almost forgot... Jeff Garcia (IMO he's the biggest coat tail rider of them all. I disagree that TO is overrated, I think he's one of the best WR on the planet. If Jeff could have put is ego aside they could have been a great team. Rattay even looked good throwing to TO. I could throw TD's to TO...Jeff Garcia = John Salley) On that note... Tim Rattay (Not by the media, but when he goes down the 49ers are in the market for a veteran QB...because they were set at quarterback when Tim Rattay was healthy right?)

| Wow, Lavar overrated, you could not be more off base. You want the one most overrated player in the league right now? Brian Urlacher. Lavar goes into that situation with a stable coaching staff and defenseive coordinator, he has ever bit as much hype as Urlacher. There is one thing that Urlacher has though, he is white, and he plays middle linebacker, and there are too many similarities to Dick Butkus, he is all media overhype and Lavar is definitely the superior player |

| Underrated: Tomlinson (he's a great back) Marvin Harrison (for my money and his mouth (or lack thereof) he's the best in the league) Sam Shade (he was a beast) Jesse Armstead (he can still get it done) Marcel Shipp (he's had great games and never a solid opportunity to be a starter) Dwight Freeney (I just never hear much about him) Brad Johnson (People always replace him, but he's just an all around solid QB who can get it done)

| I agree that Shockey is among the overrated, and Tomlinson and Harrison fall in the underrated category. Some others: Underrated: Derrick Mason Hines Ward Fred Taylor (been hard to depend on him healthwise, but when he's healthy he's great) Overrated: Jake Plummer: I just don't see it Mike Alstott: Don't see it there either And I won't say LaVar but I will say Samuels. He has a world of talent but I don't think he's lived up to it since his rookie year

| Over-Rated: Donovan McNabb - Not much of a passer, loses the big games, but always get's the credit! Kerry Collins - Been mediocre his whole career, he was the Giant's problem. Dallas's D - Let's wait till they see some winning teams till we proclaim them a decent defense. Tommy Maddox - Back to insurance! Under-rated: Chris Chambers - give the man a QB. The Lions - with an awesome rookie/1st year offense, watch out for them. Marty Booker - HE'S MY FANTASY PICK, HANDS OFF! Santana Moss - there's a threat opposite of him now - watch his stats skyrocket. Lee Suggs - Bye Weedhead WIlliam Green - in with VT suggs! DeShaun Foster - Sell Stephen, keep DeShaun! Byron Leftwhich - big year Marcel Shipp - Arizona's running game will be alive, and it won't be Emmitt. Dominick Davis - Not Freshman luck. Tear it up, Davis! Moe Williams - He'll do well for the Vikings... again. Antwon Randel El - This kid will be great~ |

| Over-rated: Eddie George - I just don't see it, when we had Stephen Davis everybody talked about how George was a hard runner, but it seemed Davis did not get any credit. Tom Brady - How in the world can he win Super Bowl MVP's when IMO Adam Vinitary(sp) won both of their Super Bowls? Emmit Smith - I know he is the all-time rushing leader, but look at the talent level on the cowgirls, vs. the Lions when Barry played. If Barry Sanders did not retire when he did he, hands down, would be the all-time rushing leader. Under-Rated: I agree with all the others... |

I have seen Urlacher play.....I remember a particular game fondly, because I was watching it with my friends and I was arguing with one of my buddies about who is better Ray Lewis or Urlacher. I was saying Lewis is better and Urlacher overated because he is white. A few plays later the argument died down and we are all suddenly watching closely (Buffalo Bills vs. Chicago Bears game two years ago). Suddenly we all see Bills OG Rueben Brown pick up off the ground and move Urlacher (by the shoulder pads) out of the way like he was a little kid. The friend I was arguing with, a huge Bears and Urlacher fan was embarrased, as the network kept showing the replay over and over again. I can tell you Lavar can make stupid mistakes and get blocked out of a play, but I have never seen an offensive lineman pick him up and move him ouf the way like this. Urlacher needs to put on about 10-15 pounds of muscle in order to be the best MLB in the league. | |

| O-VER-RATED - RB Corey Dillon - Maybe its his additude that gets me, but he just doesnt seem to be as good as I think hes made out to be. QB Dante Culpepper- His best years are behind him, hes still a decent qb, but just about any NFL QB can go out and have a feild day with the recivers they got(or had) over there. Hell Gus Ferrotte tore the house down when he steped up this season. Under-rated. I honestly think Fred Smoot is underrated. Maybe its my bias, or him being behind Bailey, but I think this guy is a damn good player and should be considered a big CB. Not on like the " 100% shut down corner level", but a big time CB. We'll find out this year w/o Bailey here. Now I know I'm gonna get a TON of heat for this one, and this by no means affiliates me with this man or his team in any way shape or form. HOWEVER, I know hes not that good, but Quincy Carter takes WAYYYYYYY too much heat in Dallas. Is he the guy that can lead them to a superbowl, no , absolutley not. Is he a guy that will lead them past the Washington Redskins this year, no , absolutley not. However, is he a guy that goes out there and loses them games that they should have won, no, he doesnt. Thats just my opinion. Once again to reinterate, that statment dosent affiliate me with that man, his team, that state or any of the bordering areas of Dallas, TX. |
