obstructed seats?

hey guys in need of some help. at what row does the lower level go from out in the open to obstructed view? looking for 6 tickets to titans game but don't want to be under the third level.

i think it is sections 213-230 rows 13 and up. higher up you go less of the other side of the stadium you will see. Like if you are at the top you will barely see over the cheerleaders on the other side of the stadium. I think aisle seets are the best as the pillars are in the middle of the rows(not sure)
