| Re: Coaching Issue (I Hate to say it) Snyder's not gonna say anything to Gibbs or Saunders about the offense because that is not the immediate problem; our defense is! It's the same ole' shiznit with the offense; it's struggling as it did most of last season (especially in the first half of the season and in the playoffs). Give Saunders until about midway through the season, the new offense is going to take some time to develop and I think Snyder understands and can cope with that. On the contrary, the defense is already established and should not be struggling! It's an excuse to say that the defense is struggling because of 1 players' absence (Springs). There is no "i" in team!
