| What If........ We had Drew Bledsoe instead of Brunell? Hear me out before you lock the thread. In NE, Bledsoe was the starting QB, he goes down, and some no name 6th round draft pick starts for him. Bledsoe then goes to Dallas, gets replaced by some no name. Both QBs are playing very well right now, to say the least. Maybe Bledsoe, though immobile, maybe a damn good mentor to young QBs.

| Re: What If........ So are you trying to ask would it be better if we had Bledsoe as a backup instead of Brunell? If so, Brunell knows this offense so he can teach and guide JC thru the bumps along the way. And even for starting QB's i'll take Brunell over Bledsoe simply b/c of the mobility and ability to get rid of the ball. |
