also on the portis trade... would you rather the redskins have no proven RB's for gibbs offensive? me thinks that'd be a bad idea

the difference between champ and springs isnt nearly as big as between portis and trung/betts/etc...

I think the deal was well worth it, but remember the team Portis came from. A running back factory in Colorodo. I will stay sceptical till the season starts and I see how everyone plays in their new systems. I think Portis might struggle a bit here, at least early on. We'll see!
