| Re: JC...how long does dislocated patella take to heal?? I'm reading about it and it says that if surgery is required you have to wear a brace for 6 weeks and then rehab. Which would mean that JC is done till 08.

| Re: JC...how long does dislocated patella take to heal?? We're going to have to wait and see really how much associated ligament/tendon damage their is with this injury. I'll assume for now that it is a patellar tendon rupture with dislocation. Normally patients need about 6 months with good physical therapy. Being an athlete--Campbell may heal a bit faster. Let's wait until they do the MRI in a few days... |

| Re: JC...how long does dislocated patella take to heal?? If this is a tear, it's the same injury that sent Mike Espy to the IR back in the preseason. I'm a big advocate of linemen and QBs wearing knee braces 100% of the time. I know they hinder mobility, but so do crutches.

| Re: JC...how long does dislocated patella take to heal?? I'm no doctor, but it seems pretty obvious to me that Campbell is done for the season, no doubt about it. The question isn't if he'll come back for 2007, but will he be 100% come 2008.
