Yet I have friends who think I'm on something. They are just are not educated about training/ health and fitness. But to me it's a compliment. | |

I lifted competitively at one point and have spent lots of time around guys who have done it naturally and guys who have not. Steroid users have a certain look, which Hochuli simply does not have. Probably the biggest proof is that Hochuli is also not really that big - if he's juicing, he's doing a pretty bad job at it. Like skinsfan69 said, anyone with a moderate amount of work and proper diet could look like Hochuli. Thinking that his size or fitness level is abnormal shows an alarming lack of knowledge of fitness and diet. And how does a ref putting a guy in a headlock serve as any proof that anyone is using steroids?? And how does this thread even exist? And why am I responding to it?
