| Re: Gibbs to Resign as HC/President He is still with the team as a special advisor to Dan Snyder, but I'm sad to not see him as coach anymore. No coach can replace Joe Gibbs. He is like the heart of the organization. The best coach in Redskins history. I'm sad to see him go. |

I really don't think anything is going to change. I think Williams will be named the next coach, and Saunders will keep his position. I think Blache gets to call the defensive plays. Joe built this coaching staff to be structurally sound once he left. I don't think one thing is going to change this offseason. Now, if the team regresses massively next season, there could be total chaos and upheaval. For right now though, things should stay the same.
