I'm glad he's your boy. I hope his poster is on your wall. I hope you have numerous Brandon Jacobs jersey's. But make some sense to what you saying. If you look at Jacobs production vs. Portis and Westbrook it's not even in the same ballpark. Jacobs is not an everydown NFL RB. He's a solid player. Nothing more, nothing less. NEXT!

As great as Westbrook is, I still have to take Clinton Portis. Westbrook is clearly the better receiver, and I think he's tougher to tackle in open space. But Portis is a better interior runner, and a FAR better blocker.

Does a system back put up the numbers that Portis has? No!!! A system back goes to the Lions or the Ravens and becomes a nobody and barely make the team. Portis never had his job in question when he came here even with Ladell Betts showing what he can do, Portis still came out on top and proved that he is just a Running back not a system back... PERIOD!!

I prefer portis due to Westbrooks problems with injuries.

In other words ....I'd rather have a B+ back all the time than an A back in there some of the time.

Not to mention...Portis is a way better blocker and he is a somewhat stronger runner
