Personally, I keep waiting for A. Montgomery to form into an A. Haynesworth level DT. I remember Williams talking about Montgomery's unlimited potential, that he did not even understand how good he could be. Since the coaches/FO have chosen to leave the d-line unchanged I keep thinking it could be that they see a break out year ahead too. Then we've got Evans, not much younger than the starters but he seems to produce when he gets his chances.

I'm probably being too optimistic but what I hope to see is a rotation where Griffin and Montgomery can consistently pressure up the middle while Evans and Daniels can swap out. AC doesn't need a rotation because he's in better shape than every other guy on the field.

I still wish we could have drafted d-line talent (and maybe a Taylor deal could work) but at this point I hope Blache and the guys are harnessing every bit of talent we have.

Montgomery is the key. He is now going into his 3rd year and he now has two years under his belt. I'm looking for him to take the next step.

this is the deal. Taylor has pro bowl skill. Taylor probably has at least 2 more productive seasons. Taylor will be 34. and Taylor makes big money. these stats should be telling everyone, no way we want him here. just say no to J.T.

I'm going to have to side with management on this one. If you want to do that crap and dance around on tv then retire. He's making 8 mil a year so get your ass in with the rest of your teamates and get to work. You won one freaking game last year and you want to go on Dancing With The Stars?? I don't blame Parcells and Ireland for giving him the silent treatment.

Anything other than training camp is voluntary. If he wants to show up on day one and go from there, then nobody should say a word. Now if he doesn't report to camp, as Sparano indicated, then that would be a problem but until then it's just a bunch of lip flap from talking heads.

Even though the OTA's and offseason programs are voluntary you're expected to be there. Especially the OTA's when the coaches are installing the new systems. What Taylor is doing is flat out wrong.

I think at best Jason Taylor is worth a third rounder. I would give up a fourth for him right now. I doubt this will happen because the Redskins love Phillip Daniels. Much to my chagrin, the Redskins have extended Daniels contract, for another three years.

I know we had a Taylor of being on block but that was last month.In a up to date matter the HC/Parcell doesn't like Taylor for some reason.So if they don't have a partner they would need to release Taylor to get more cap space for rookie signing if no one finds him interested in a trade.

Coach Tony Sparano said Taylor isn't expected to take part in any team activities through training camp. The revelation came less than 24 hours after Taylor finished second to Kristi Yamaguchi in the finals of ``Dancing With the Stars'' in Los Angeles.

For weeks the new Dolphins regime, led by Parcells, has fumed while Taylor spent his offseason focused on his budding Hollywood career rather than back in South Florida working out with teammates.

He's more of an elder statesman for the team than a key cog of their defense at this point. This is probably going to kill his playing time, and I don't blame the Dolphins. You've got a bunch of great young defensive players. Play Jason Taylor as a third down rusher only. You'll be better for it.

I don't think it's any worse than what Strahan did last year to the Giants so I wouldn't get too worked up about it. If they do let him go I think it's a huge step in the wrong direction seeing as how he's the best player on that team at this point and very popular with the fans.
