CP vs. Laron
CP and Laron had a race today: the consensus is that Laron won, though CP is saying it was a tie. Apparently, Laron caught CP on a screen, and that led to the race challenge. Check out the vid on redskins.com.

Nice to see the team spirit, and damn, Laron is fast.

It was a tie it just looked like LaRon won because of the camera angle he was closest to the camera.

My guess is CP is faster at the start and much faster at changing direction, but LL can close with the best of them. Once CP got a step, LL kicked it into high gear.

I just saw the video on Redskins.com. Very close, but I think LaRon won. It was really close. Just goes to show what can happen if CP gets an open and when LaRon has to close in on someone and destroy them. Plus, both of them are friggin' jacked! I feel bad for anyone who takes a hit from either one of those guys.

Wonder how much cash was on the line? That was fun to watch.

They will do it again, it was to close of a finish. Even though LL edged ole CP out. They can both flat out truck it.

Yeah Laron def. had the edge there imo. It was a nice race though, Portis had the hot start but Laron's got that long range speed.

Didn't he used to run against some of the fastest players in the league, and didn't lose until I think DeAngelo Hall beat him a few years ago.

I'm impressed CP could basically run a dead heat with a guy who ran a 4.3 at the combine last year.
