Lol, for the people who seriously ask this question (trust me they'll show) theres a 99.9% chance that its not. The proof is he would at least have some cuts along his forearm had this been real. Unless of course he punched the wall so hard that he made a hole big enough for his arms to get through, but thats not likely.

Ah it's only dry wall, i'm sure you could punch through that pretty easy. Now the throw and the catch im not so sure.

The punching through it is the easy part. Punching through it without leaving any marks on your arms or hands is the tough part.

As for whether it is real or not, I highly doubt it. I'm pretty sure all those Fantasy File commercials are fake.
