Lol, for the people who seriously ask this question (trust me they'll show) theres a 99.9% chance that its not. The proof is he would at least have some cuts along his forearm had this been real. Unless of course he punched the wall so hard that he made a hole big enough for his arms to get through, but thats not likely.
