| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys Slugfest. This will come down to who can outmuscle the opponent for most of the game. Then I think TO gets one big play on us, and the Cowboys' deep secondary limits our receivers from getting any big plays. That ends up being the difference. I think Cowboys take this one, but we'll see about the matchup later at FedEx. |

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys Redskins 27 - Cowgirls 24 Ball control is key for us. Blache must be at the top of his game and win the chess-match with Garrett.

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys Portis must have a HUGE game for the Skins to stay in this one. Dallas will score some points as they have one of the best offenses in the league. Unfortunately I think the 3-4 defense of the Cowboys will be a little much for our continually improving offense. Dallas 28 Skins 20

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys I've been close on my scores and right about my outcomes thus far this season. Moss is on fire and so is cooley. Devin thomas is poised to have his breakout game. Campbell will throw his first pick and TO will score one TD. Dallas will rush for one (felix jones cuts outside and breaks a long one due to overpersuit). Witten may see the endzone but they won't post over 26pts on us. We will drop our first 30burger of the season. They'll probably start overcommitting to a short zone, not concerned about out long game, which has a dimension no one has seen yet in thomas. Once they adjust we'll have them. 31-24 skins is my official prediction. Were getting better and I'm not seeing improvement in them. Btw @ the dallas fan: thanks for the classy showing! Almost makes me feel bad our men have to go put a hurtin' on your boys this weekend. Almost

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys The name of the game is time of possession. If we sustain long demoralizing drives against their D, and get a couple of turnovers we WILL win this game. I dont care if TO burns us at some point, as long as we march back down the field the game will be ours. If we do these things: 30-28 Redskins But If we allow their Defense to stall us, and turnover the ball at all this game is a blow out: 42-21 Dallas |

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys We win by one point thats all I care about. I know this sounds simple but its what I posted when Moss burned them with to late TD'd to win by one point so this is what I've been sticking with since that game. |

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys You know what kinda sucks? Even if the Skins win this game, the stories on Monday will all be about how Dallas lost... not how the Redskins won. Oh well, I would take it either way. |

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys Well even if its about how Dallas lost it will also be about how the Skins beat them so it really does not matter. |

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys Yup. Much of the media is stating the cards beat themselves with turnovers and penalties. were the Rodney Dangerfield of the NFC east

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys This is the one matchup that a true Skins fan can never pick against their team. Look at the history of this rivalry...even when one of the teams has a HORRIBLE record (remember the 1-15 Cowboys of '89?), both teams have a chance to win this game no matter how they're played the rest of the league. It's almost always a good game and brings out the best in players from both teams, as well as the worst in the fans. ![]() So I will not make myself nauseas and even give the Cowboys a chance. Skins all the way. We win 34-20. Vote to ban any Skins fan picking Dallas. ![]() Does someone want to second the motion?

| Re: Predictions: Redskins @ Cowboys That's ridiculous. The Cards didn't beat themselves with that INT. Torrence made a great play, and Rogers made an even better play. And since when did the Skins get credit for anything? 2005 vs Dallas? We'd have to have a game like that to really get some attention. What annoys me even more is that all the boys fans say last December was a meaningless game that their starters didn't even play in. I remember that most of their starters played the entire first half, and Romo stayed into the 3rd quarter just for the Cowboys completions record (I think). When Romo was pulled, the score was 20-3. Cowboys fans are in for a surprise if they think the boys will blow us out. -- Skins 34 Boys 31 Last edited by InsanePianist; 09-24-2008 at 10:10 AM. |
