Nah, a HOF coach has nothing to offer a 2nd year guy. Please.

Re: Gibbs' take on Campbell's situation

I have gained more respect for JC than I had before this stuff started. I think it's great that Gibbs and Zorn talk. Only good things can come out of it.

JC has always had my respect as a person now he just needs to gain my confidence on the field.

Werd, I wasn't really sure what they were getting at with the "translation" because it seems as if Jason had already done that from the get go.

I would agree completely. He's a great kid that I personally REALLY want to succeed

He went to an AFC Championship Game with Jake Plummer as the starting quarterback. That’s what people should know.

Re: Gibbs' take on Campbell's situation

I agree with all of the positive comments about JC's classiness.

I would add somewhat the same about Zorn. He has been respectful towards Gibb's legacy all along and he took that respect to a new level by visiting with Gibbs. Rather than completely change everything to make the Redskins "his" team (and thereby implicitly making Gibbs look inept), Zorn has shown humility and an openness to learning and growing. Good job JZ.

I agree, but not sure as to how much effect Coach Gibbs' input is going to really help. As preseason nears, I of course have to get my fix of preseason rags and the prognosticators again screw us over as being last in the division. Thing is the ragsters do have a point. Our Wr corp sucks as they are underachievers or just plain unproven. We really failed to upgrade the O line which to most of us I think was a necessity to give JC a half decent chance of making things happen this year. Reacquiring Dockery was nice, but if he was so great maybe we should have done more to just keep him in the first place.

Something was wrong when I tried to log in last weekend. I got a new password and it wouldn't work so I created the new profile.

Ok, well is this the one you want to use now? Let us (mainly Matty) know and we'll close out your other account. As you know, we don't allow multiple accounts.
