This is what you get with Vick, a nice QB during the regular season but the inaccurate passing just doesnt cut it in the playoffs.

I'm glad they lost cause its the iggles, but I didn't want Vick to lose like that.

some of the hype was justified but unreal.. the philly bandwagon was insane.. people were coming in asking for Vick jerseys that didn't even know who DeSean Jackson or Jeremy Maclin were

I'm glad because it was the Eagles, not so much cuz it was Vick

it shows you his limitations though, the past few weeks really have

I got really tired of hearing the "Vick deserves to be here" talk though. They really turned him into the victim. You can say "Vick deserves to be here" if he was shot or something innocently and bounced back to be here... otherwise the best you can do is "good for Vick working his way back." The talk of deserving it was disgusting imo

Questions still remain about Vick's ability to produce consistently from the pocket. GB revealed an effective plan of defense that was obvious from the very first offensive snap for the Eagles.

Maybe it's time to slightly chill on the flick of Vick's bic, for the most part GB made him look average, though his quad injury could have been more troublesome than we know. JH take notes so we'll never again have to stare down a 59-28 at the hands of MV.

I do think his quad hindered him. Take away his legs and he's suddenly mortal. That and I think defenses caught up with him a bit as the season went on.

yep, I'm a Hokie, though I know plenty of Hokies that in the last couple years became Vick haters & remain so.

I agree...he did however, have an amazing run considering this was his first full year running the offense. It may become necessary for him to adjust his game to where he does not run as much, the cumulative effect from the many hits he took during the season obviously took their toll.

Just how effective would Vick be as a QB without that gifted ability to be mobile? He has problems with [the slide] so durability is going to be an ever present issue for him.

I was telling my wife last night that if Vick is re-signed by the iggles, we haven't seen the end of the Vick-Kolb rotation. Vick will get hurt, he always does. Kolb will come in & play well & Reid will have to make a decision just like he did this year. Eventually, Vick may get flat out benched. I can see that happening in the next couple years. He put together a great season & I'm happy for him, but I really think he'll have a much harder time keeping the starting job from day 1, he's unllikely to have a year like this again w/so few interceptions & fumbles.
