I can tell you he.....wore out he Tampa experience long before his departure, and most fans are quite happy he is gone. To much ego....a little short on winning

I agree. Plus he falls in love with every QB he doesn't have.

I liked him cause he's young and has shown that with talent he can get the job done. Not 1 but 2 SB's. With two different teams. I question his treatment of the players a little but perhaps the Skins need this.

Other then Holmgren at this point who else would be able to come in and keep most of the play calls? I mean Gruden came from Holmgren and so did Zorn. I'm sure there would be some change but not as much as if we went out and picked up Cowher or Shanahan. Although a complete change might be good...especially with some of the players on this team.

Some of his problems I believe is in how he handles his players. Although he holds them accountable he pisses them off so some have left or moved on to other teams. I think he's had trouble bringing in decent talent to fill those positions like WR.

but he is great at utilizing the talent he's got.

Maybe that's what Matty meant by now it's a bore. As someone else mentioned 90% of what Francesa talks about is Yankees and Mets.

As for Gruden, I like him on MNF and I want him to stay there. Would be interesting though if Gruden and Bruce Allen came in a package deal, though I don't see it.

I think we should hire either Brian Schottenheimer or Kyle Shanahan to be our next head coach. Facts are facts people. Hiring sons of former head coaches is the hot new trend sweeping the nation. See Rex Ryan and his 2-0 record. He's freakin' undefeated! You can't argue with that. And don't give me any bs stats about Wade Phillips (or Mike Shula). Those were pre "hot new trend" coaching hires that don't jibe with my theory.
