| Re: Crabtree Has Signed with Niners amazing, I am glad for Crabtree that something shook loose and he got a clue. It would have been a shame all the way around if he had lost this year completely. |

| Re: Crabtree Has Signed with Niners Risky move on part of team ? He may be talented , but only wants to be a part of the team .... after they start to win games ??I have never like SF , I hope they lose 5 straight ! |

| Re: Crabtree Has Signed with Niners Well, he basically lost this year though.. Although it's only 5th week, but he still has to get in playing conditions and learn the playbook.. He will be playing catching up for a while.. |

| Re: Crabtree Has Signed with Niners I hope the 49'ers ddn't pay the same offer they had on the table earlier. Given the history of holdouts and there long term effect on rookies, I wouldn't expect Crabtree to have any significant impact this or next year. Not something you pay 20M for.

| Re: Crabtree Has Signed with Niners True enough, but if he had sat out the complete year, he would not be doing any of that. I wasn't saying he would come in and play, only that he will be with the team, getting up to NFL speed, and not waste a year out of football completely. |

| Re: Crabtree Has Signed with Niners This will prove to be a better option than the one he had origionally sought. Will be difficult for him to get up to spped this season though. Good for him. |

| Re: Crabtree Has Signed with Niners I don't think we'll see him on the field until week 7 or 8. They're playing so well without him, I don't anticipate Singletary giving him any significant role soon.

| Re: Crabtree Has Signed with Niners I think Crabtree finally came to his senses and realized that SF holds all the power. Sitting out a year and losing a shit load of coin probably started to weigh on him. He really got some bad advise though. |

| Re: Crabtree Has Signed with Niners Crabtree turned it to his favor...he'll still sit and watch a lot this year, but at least now he'll get paid to sit and watch.
