I am sooooooooooooooo sick of the football media, commentators and the really ignorant fans who continue to give Snyder the benefit of the doubt in his ownership/GMship of this great organization. Tonight the chumps on MNF basically spoke about Snyder as a victim of the team's troubles...it always starts w/ the bullshit phrase "An owner who really wants to win..." or something similar. As if every owner in the league doesn't really want to win!

Well that statement by itself is true and they also talked about the turn over of coaches and other negative things about DS owning the team. how much do you really expect them to say?

You don't suppose it's a cyclical type of argument do you? as people like you become more arrogant in the approach he becomes more arrogant in his response. Yes calling for a sign that says "sell OUR team danny boy" is as arrogant action. One it uses a demeaning diminutive of his real name. Two, it assumes ownership of something that is legally his (whether you like it or not) even if it is a public commodity.
Arrogance and contempt breeds more arrogance and contempt. Dan Snyder needs to get a clue, but so do those who are following your lead.

I said it once before and I will say it again, the success of your campaign only makes Snyder moving the Redskins away more likely. It does nothing to impact the team's duress in a positive way.

At best you would succeed in a pyrrhic victory. but please keep playing your pipe, I am sure the masses will follow you.

As for what can and should be done. The same thing that has worked with franchises like the Colts, Patriots, Seattle, San Diego all who suffered bad seasons before their owners got it right. Patience, support, and A LOT of beer!

Another idea, based off Mattys Glory day thread. Why not form protests of some sort using positive images. Videos of RFK rocking. a video montage of the SB years. OR a bus banner that says something along the lines of "Dan - Remember SBXVII" or "Dan - Legends are made not bought". Maybe 4 different banners, one with each SB number and the 4th with a motto. All I am saying is maybe we fans can express a positive change message, instead of petty whining messages.

Honestly I really like "Dan - Legends are made not bought". I wish someone threw that one out when i was asking for suggestions in another thread.

CRedskinsRule – I admit you are right to an extent, but to quote myself as a 5 year old, “He started it”. This is in response to his ignorance over the last decade. I know I am proving you more right….

Look sometimes the best way to get attention through advertising is to do something controversial. If the idea for the ad was something like “Lets Go SKINS!”, we would have not been getting any interest for our message, and at this point that is the most important thing.

Alright I was just contacted by Beth Parker from Fox 5. Unfortunately, I live in Richmond and am not getting any glory, but my brother and friend should be interviewed around lunch.

I will post back if they give us a time when the interview will be aired. Keep spreading the word!
