| Re: Our next coach?? By that same logic he built a Super Bowl team in Oakland, only to be replaced by Callahan.

| Re: Our next coach?? What about Holmgren, he is the most accomplished of the bunch aside from Parcells, who I believe is not available. He would also have most of his coaching staff in place so there would be less of a learning curve for the players. |

| Re: Our next coach?? Right now, Gruden would be the man. He is relatively young, energetic, seems like he really wants to get back on the sidelines also. Billick would be my second choice. I like Holmgren, but I don't go for the WCO at all. Not Skins type of ball or NFC East for that matter. Dungy rules, but my bet is he stays put for awhile. He doesn't seem to be itching to get back so soon, like Cowher. |

| Re: Our next coach?? i was watching inside the nfl and the had mike lombardi on talking about coaches and gms and he said some thing interesting. he said that a coach like shanahan would be a nice draw because he is currently getting paid by the broncos so the team that picks him up wouldn't have to pay him as much. thats not word for word but pretty much what was said, i thought if a new team hired him denver would be off the hook, is this not the case?

| Re: Our next coach?? We need a firey coach, one that when a drive fails, will yell like hell at the players and let them know that that wasn't acceptable. So the only coaches I can think of are: Bill Cowher John Gruden Mike Shanahan The next thing with our head coach is that when I think of Redskins football I think of power running. So who has a power running game to their resume: Bill Cowher Mike Shanahan The next thing we need is a coach who doesn't mind giving up some of his GM duties, because Snyder will want to have a say in things: Mike Shanahan (Cowher wants full control of personel duties) Our next head coach should be, IMO, Mike Shanahan. |

| Re: Our next coach?? My prayers will be answered if Dan Snyder does the right thing. Bring in a General Manager and let him build the organization from the top all the way down. The GM has the final say on who stays and who goes and Snyder backs his decisions. Every job is up grabs.

| Re: Our next coach?? To be honest i would like to see us either keep Zorn or at least get a HC that will stick around for 10 years or so. I dont want another old coach to come in for a year or too and then be back in the same boat as we are now. We need consistency in our coaching staff. I want a team that I can be proud of and that my kids can grow up to love just as I do not to be made fun of for supporting them |
