No one is saying Campbell is a pro-bowler. But Cutler sure isn't either. JC is having a better season than Cutler thus far by a wide margin, and we still have our two 1st rounders the next two years, which the Bears do not. Plus they gave him a phat extension as well. Anyone out there who is laying the blame for our 3-7 record solely at Campbell's feet knows nothing of football.

| Re: wtf is the deal w/ cutler He is good. Look at who he has to throw it too. NOBODY! their number one receiver came into the league as a returner/CORNERBACK. Even when brandon marshall was out in denver he still did great with the talent that denver had (royal, stokley, scheffler). He feels he has to do everything on his own, and rightfully so, he pretty much has to. The bears are a joke on offense besides him (forte can't actually run the ball, only catch it out of the backfield) Get this guy one threat at the WR position and we'll see what happens. |

| Re: wtf is the deal w/ cutler He doesn't have very good receivers but he's making some terrible decisions too. And some of his throws looked awful tonight. Denvers receivers even make Orton look pretty good.

| Re: wtf is the deal w/ cutler Really? He overthrew THREE wide open TDs where Olsen, Hester, and Knox respectively were all wide open with plenty of separation. His overthrows tonight stunk of a QB who couldn't shake off his 5 INT outing last weekend. He was so paranoid about putting the ball in a spot where a DB could maybe make a play, that he flat out overthrew a handful of wide open scores.

| Re: wtf is the deal w/ cutler You forgot to factor in that his line is VERY most likely better than ours. That said, I have to think he would be doing a worse job as our qb than Soup is. I am not a Soup fan, in fact I have wanted his head more than once, but, with this o-line I have to admit his play has been respectable.

| Re: wtf is the deal w/ cutler Simple answer, he is playing on a new team, his starting LT is done and his best WR is a converted DB/Return man. It is what it is, lets revisit this next season and then we will have a level field to go by. If he is still playing the same then yeah it will be seen as a busted trade. I think Jay and Denver may actually miss each other right now.

| Re: wtf is the deal w/ cutler Thank god the skins didn't trade for him. I'll take Campbell with a solid OL, hopefully next year.
