I'm telling you, it's way more of a coaching/leadership issue. I think we're going to hear just how dysfunctional the coaching staff was during this season (and possibly earlier).

He would have been better off with "Keep it simple stupid." Wouldn't any HC in his right mind not want his players to "keep it medium"? Wouldn't any HC want their team to get excited and play with emotion? When players are pumped they play.
