Maybe not micromanaging the team has given Snyder more time to take up other activities, like working out. He also seems a lot happier these days. Everytime I've seen pictures of him lately he's been smiling, a stark contrast to the stern look on his face he had when he introduced coaches not named Joe Gibbs. Quote:
