You don't really express many opinions on non-Campbell related issues, and what you assess about the guy simply isn't ever based in reality. You're just clueless. But you're entitled to be so, and to post your thoughts on this forum, and I trust that everything you post you stand behind as something you believe.

I don't have a problem with that. And I trust that you don't have a problem with me saying that it's not based in reason and that, thusly, it's hating. Maybe I'm completely and utterly off base. Maybe you're generally an optimistic guy. I don't know. But negativity w/o reason is hating to me. Negativity with good reasoning is criticism. I think there is a difference. Some may see this post I have quoted and see sound logic...I just see nonsense.
In all honesty you believe that when I bring up Jason Campbell's deficiencies as a QB that they are baseless ? So the fact that the man refused to call his own protections even though his Head Coach wanted him to isn't reason ? The fact that I have no faith that he can lead this team to a victory if they are down with 2 min left is not useful ? Do you really believe that he can lead this team from behind ? I understand that you can say that I hate just to hate but you know as well as I do that you knew that game was over once Dallas went up by 1. Believe me, I wanted that man to be a franchise guy here. We had a talented team, but I believe that with better QB play this team is alot better. You all scream O-Line all day, but everyone loses people. When was he the leader of this team during the offseason ? LAST YEAR, when they said that they'd get rid of him. Did you know that Peyton Manning drove to Austin Collie's school to work with him after he got drafted ? Just to make sure that he was on the same page as Peyton was. Why did Devin and Malcolm seem so lost ? Why didn't we feel like Jason should've done what the greats do ? I did, you all didn't. The fact is that many people who believe in jason hate the Administration and what they do is they love who they apparently dislike. Trust me, I feel this way for a reason and it is because I want the best for this team. I don't think that he can be that guy. I'm sorry but I just don't. It will take a whole lot of convincing from any fan of his to cause me to change my mind just as it would take alot for you to change yours. If his play improved then hey I'll be the first to admit that I was wrong, but I don't have a reason to yet so I wont be any time soon. Catch me on XBox live if you're on it. Talking is easier than typing. Skinny has heard my views on the guy, trust me one conversation and you'll think twice about the Jason.

We won't go after Vick. Shanny and Allen are putting a team together that we'll all appreciate.

But I won't be surprised if Vick has some great seasons ahead of him. He could be a good fit in the NFC West.

Vick admits to laziness and complacency in Atlanta - Shutdown Corner - NFL Blog - Yahoo! Sports

Probably shouldn't surprise anyone. Still it sort makes one wonder what Vick will accomplish if he commits himself to be a professional football player this time around.

not much cause he isn't a good nfl quarterback, he just doesn't have an accurate arm. imo he will be a distant memory in two more years

Someone is going to trade for the guy and it will probably be one of the small market teams that needs to sell tickets. As far as his skills go you can't judge him by qb rating and TD passes. He's never going to be high in those categories. Anyone w/ any football knowledge knows that. Where Vick can be valuable is the adjustments the defense has to make defending him...keeping an extra man to spy on him and so forth. Let's face it, he carried Atlanta and w/out him the team fell apart until they drafted Ryan. The guy has skills, he just gets it done in a non traditional way. Can he get back to where he was? I'm not sure but we'll see next year.

OMG No way!!! I could have sworn when I saw him all those times in the strip club staring endlessly at his phone, tanked into oblivion that he was watching game film.

Yes you very much can. Sure the top QB rating might not mean you're the best QB in the game and the rating system isn't perfect, but when you've only broken the 80 mark once, never throw for over 3,000 yards in a season, and failed to put up a respectable number of TD passes then you're not a quality QB. Also please consider that at this point the threat of Vick running has pretty much been figured out by every NFL defense. The fact that Vick is almost 30 doesn't help much either.

Heck he basically admitted that he wasn't all that great. Vick was at his best in 2002 where Dan Reeves used him properly. After that it was slowly downhill.
