| Campbell will now stay away from Redskins Park Fantasy Football Breaking News - Rotoworld.com Redskins Insider - Jason Campbell will work out away from Redskins Park These two articles really tell the story and make me think that a trade is coming. This move to me, says that Jason really wants out of Washington now and a deal has to be expected very soon for him to not even have anything to do with the training facility.

| Re: Campbell will now stay away from Redskins Park In other news, the sun rose this morning and it will set at dusk. LOL. Alright, let me stop being an a-hole. This is not surprising, glad to see that the Redskins appear to be giving Campbell the chance to go and compete elsewhere.

OR If he didn't like that option, the team would do their best to trade him to a team where he will get a fair shot at starting. I'm assuming that if they can't deal him, he will be released, if he does not agree to the idea of being McNabb's backup. Seeing that he is now staying away from the facility, he is either trying to force their hand at a quick trade, or trying to get released so he can sign with whoever he wants...

| Re: Campbell will now stay away from Redskins Park No need to be classless about it, it's not like the Redskins gave Jason (or any player) any opportunity to win.

No class at all in this organization. After the way he was treated, I wouldn't wanna be seen there either. | |

| Re: Campbell will now stay away from Redskins Park One thing i cant understand is why the team didn't tell JC. What were they waiting on? Jason to see Donovan come down to the Press Conference and then figure it out? Makes me think it's the same old FO we are used to.....

| Re: Campbell will now stay away from Redskins Park I don't see how you can say this organization is handling things with Jason Campbell with no class. Campbell (unless he is deaf, dumb, and blind) already knew that Shanahan was NOT sold on him as the starting QB. It's the nature of the business. If you can't lead a team to playoffs, playoff wins, and at least Super Bowl appearances you can't expect to stay..at least not in this NFL.

| Re: Campbell will now stay away from Redskins Park Glad Campbell's staying away. it would only make things uncomfortable for everyone if he showed up. hopefully he can get traded sometime this week and move on with his career.

But the reality is that's the NFL. That's all teams. That's all sports in fact. I'm sure they kept Campbell in the loop on as much as possible. They've told him first about all the QBs they're bringing in for visits. They let him know at least a week before we signed Grossman that they were looking at him. They also told him he was not guaranteed to be the starter.
