| Re: Dolphins Trade Ted Ginn Jr. to the Niners for a 5th Round pick I kind of like this pickup for the 49ers. 5th rounders for young players used to net you the Taylor Jacobs' of the world, but market conditions have changed. Now, if nothing else, they get an above average return man with some receiving value.

| Re: Dolphins Trade Ted Ginn Jr. to the Niners for a 5th Round pick This is a guy Snyder liked a lot back in 2007...a lot...but I don't believe he was pushing anyone in the organization to sign him. Either way, I wouldn't have expected both Holmes and Ginn to get traded for 5th rounders

| Re: Dolphins Trade Ted Ginn Jr. to the Niners for a 5th Round pick I have had Ginn on my fantasy teams ever year since he was draft and that little "F"er has never broke out. Grrrrr...

| Re: Dolphins Trade Ted Ginn Jr. to the Niners for a 5th Round pick First, it was the year that B.Quinn came out and the Fins caught all sorts of hell from their fanbase for picking a WR instead of Quinn with the 10th pick in the draft. Another example of how the draft is a not just a crap shoot but sometimes a crapshoot with loaded dice.

| Re: Dolphins Trade Ted Ginn Jr. to the Niners for a 5th Round pick Yeah, I thought he was a first. Now the memory kicked in when you mentioned Brady Quinn. Even then folks were shocked that Ginn went so high, especially coming off that foot injury. The Dolphins are quietly having another good off-season. |

| Re: Dolphins Trade Ted Ginn Jr. to the Niners for a 5th Round pick ^^ Sounds like eagles fans when they drafted McNabb. I don't like the value clubs are getting for players at this point. AH may bring good compensation, but at this point I believe that the Redskins aren't going to get much in return for many of the players on our roster at this point.

| Re: Dolphins Trade Ted Ginn Jr. to the Niners for a 5th Round pick You can't say that they were wrong for thinking that way. Ted Ginn is no longer with the team and we'll never no if Quinn would hvae panned out in Miami either. Ironically neither player is currently with the team that drafted them.

| Re: Dolphins Trade Ted Ginn Jr. to the Niners for a 5th Round pick I do agree with them, Ginn was a horrible pick...but I can still laugh at their reactions.
