| Baltimore final OTA's cancelled Don't have much information, here is the tweet: Adam_Schefter NFL has cancelled the last week of the Ravens’ organized team activities due to team violating practice rules of the CBA. anymore info would be great. |

i could see foxworth being the one since the guy's basement is totally dedicated to the Supreme Court and history. i could see him being a stickler for the rules, thinking extra contact or longer hours is a violation of labor laws, union agreement, CBA, etc and it was his duty to blow the whistle. driving in to work today, local bmore radio was opining that harbaugh could have done it on purpose for bragging rights. "yeah we got busted for practicing to hard but we are the baltimore ravens and we only know how to play ravens footbal which is physical and tough."
