| Re: Sean and Furrey As someone else said we might as well bring in TO as a stop gap for a year or two. He's better than all of these scrubs that they're brining in. Actually he's still better than anyone we have on our roster. He toned it down a bit in Buffalo and I think he realizes that he has to act right if he wants to continue his career. |

The first group simply hates T.O. and thinks he's too old, getting worse and sucks. The second group thinks T.O. is too good of a player and Thomas and Kelly would not get a chance to play. There is only a select few of us who know he would help us out for 2 yrs whille Thomas and Kelly get better under the Shanahans.

| I have an idea. We have all these extra WRs -- most of whom will not be here when the season starts -- but we could use some more depth at OL. Let's just take 3 of these aging vets and morph them into 1 fat guy for the OL. Heck, we have enough WRs to do it twice. Seriously, I am finding it hard to get too excited about these folks for any reason other than that is signals that Shanahan is putting as much pressure on folks to produce as he can, which is a very, very good sign. |

Galloway Wade R.Williams Armstrong Austin Banks Furrey Hagans Hodge Moss brings something different to the table and for those of you who are infatuated with Thomas and Kelly they still could remain. Moss T.O. Thomas Kelly Armstrong Austin- KR/PR/WR Banks- KR/PR/WR-Practice squad

| Re: Sean and Furrey An issue is right. Obviously Shanny and Allen have a lot of cleaning up to do. Furrey came in and performed nicely for the Lions for awhile and picked up th e slack when Charles Rogers became a nasty bust for them. Now Furrey comes in to possibly take up the slack for yet another Spartan WR bust!! |

He was the best Lions WR a few seasons ago in my opinion. Calvin had more speed, but Furrey didn't drop a damn thing it seemed like if it was thrown well. Good pickup by MR Allen. I really do like our setup now. We need to draft a WR next season in the upper rounds though. I don't think DT and/or MK are going to be here long, as at least one of them is gone IMHO.

I think Allen and Shanny came in here evaluated the talent on film then at the OTAs and decided that the previous FO was just incompetent as they came off as being. Face it Calia, our drafts have sucked balls for a long time. This draft I graded a B, just for McNabb. Take him out of the draft grade and it was a C at the very best. Last decent draft we had was when we got JC and Rogers in the first round, but JC is a goner and Rogers isn't going to be a Skin probably past his next contract. Guy just isn't such a hot commodity anymore.

| Re: Sean and Furrey I had forgotten and my Cousin (a Cowboy fan) reminded me last night that Furrey had told us that he has always hated the Cowboys. When he was playing for the Lions and playing in Dallas he had told us the week before that if he scored he was going to do something "special", see the results below. |

| Re: Sean and Furrey Special? special would have been to pull a T.O. and pull out a black marker and write in cursive "F U" and have thrown it into the audience. lol. |

| Re: Sean and Furrey Kind of sad & ironic that the justification of signing Furrey was that we need extra bodies because our OLD WR's are banged up.. Well, guess what -- we needed extra bodies because we cut Marko Mitchell 2 months ago. Furrey is 33yrs and has NO chance of making the team. Both M.Kelly & D.Thomas had better stats than Furrey last year, and Furrey had more than 600yds only once in 2006. Even TO has a higher chance with us. Quote:

We're not hearing rave reviews out of Redskins park about Kelly or Thomas. I think unless one of them convinces the Shanahan's he can be a #1 possession WR we get TO. The media will love this btw.
