A. I’m very excited, especially when you look at the history of work from Denver to Houston. I have a good friend who plays for Houston, Andre [Johnson], and we talk daily and even in the offseason we hang out. And I used to always question him during the season about how he was able to do what he was able to do, knowing he was the guy. I’ve been the guy over here since I’ve been here and my years have been getting tougher to be the guy when everyone is paying attention to me, or just because of the offense I was in, or whatever reason. But I was asking him; ‘what are you doing different than what I am doing?’ Because I thought it was all about something I was not doing on the field right.

But what I realized and what I learned is that it’s about the coaches, what situations they put you in, and how they give you the opportunity to be the guy that they want you to be. With this offense it shows me why Andre’s the guy and why he keeps getting the looks he is getting. It is because the coaches are giving him, day-in and day-out, the opportunities.

I quoted this one, because it both excites me and gives me pause. Obviously, I am hoping that this new offense wows the heck out of us, and we see points go up much more easily. But, the way he phrases it, he seems to shift the reason for his lack of production away from himself entirely. Maybe he doesn't mean it that way. There are a few other interesting questions, so I would say it's worth the read for y'all.

I couldn't agree more. These next few weeks are brutal in terms of football news. Unless something bad happens, or something on the ** front, it's gonna be slim pickins for news.

Having another QB throwing him the ball will also help. So many times if JC would have lead him the correct way on deep passes Moss was there to make the catch.

That's of the ball was even going to stay in bounds. Either he thought Moss was Usain Bolt or that he was Manute Bol the way he threw the ball. Ok back to the present,... I'm excited about this offense. Hopefully Kyle and Mike can get this team in the endzone ao much it becomes redundant. For the last couple of years a touchdown has been like winning the powerball.

Great read! thanks for the insight...one thing to keep in mind is that this offense takes a while to learn apparently. McNabb's a veteran so he might pick it up a little quicker or his years in Philly might make the change a bit more of a shock. I don't think we'll be lighting up the scoreboards but any semblance of a cohesive, forward-moving offense is fine by me.

I truly think that Santana is going to have the biggest jump in stats this year .. I know Cooley is going to be the "go to" guy but Moss just reminds me of the deap threat that Desean Jackson is .. I know there's a big age difference and injuries and blah blah blah but just thinking about Moss getting those deep balls from Moss get's me Pumped Up !! Strasburg Pumped !
