| Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst Well, I think the system reason has some merit to mis-timing and missed reads, but Donovan has had his bad side show up and missed some easy ones. Hell, even Jason Campbell could hit Zach Miller right on the money for the touchdown on a play very similar to the one to Davis, even if Hue Jackson had a completely different terminology that Shanahan's.

| Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst Im not really buying the "get use to the system" excuse right now with McNabb. He is a pro bowler, vetern QB who is not a stupid guy. We are 6 games into the season and he understands the basic concepts of a west coast offense he learned in Philly. He flat out missed the end blitzer on the pick six, that was clearly on him and unexcusable. He missed bad on probably 10 throws. Couple people dropped very catchable balls, that didnt help. I understand the "he will have games like these every now and then" but this is now 2 weeks in row where he has played pretty poor.

Cutler has a natural affinity for Shanahan. Hall immediately texed him a thank you for making him defensive player of the week.

Oh well it is far better than having JC and at least we are fun to watch again! I'd watch these games just to watch Orakpo he's quickly becoming my favorite NFL'er | |

| Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst Our 13 first downs was a season-low, and we converted only 2 of 15 third-down attempts. Wow those stats above is simply mind numbing. I wouldnt mind Shanny getting more involved with the offense with Kyle. We should be playing better than that, granted that Chicago's D is underrated IMO, but they are not that good.

| Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst No they aren't that good at all. Were we able to run a single successful screen to a RB or Te yesterday? I can't remember |

| Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst For some reason, maybe Gtripp or SS33 with film review can help me out, we cannot run a RB screen. Probably the poorest team I can remember running it. We ran like a 5 yard TE screen to Cooley, ok pick up, not great.

| Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst Well the inability to execute a proper screen may be part of the reason that McNabb is always being chased around the pocket, if Dlinemen and blitzing Lbs know they dont have to worry about a RB screen then they can blitz more effectively. Also the BEST way to slow down the pressure with a questionable Oline is screen passes. Shanny needs to fix that ASAP |

The team continues to win these close games despite McNabb. Maybe it's "magic", the only team in the NFL with a winning record that has given up more points than they've scored. As for the Bears, I've never seen a team turn the ball over on five straight possessions, talk about self-destruct.

| Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst Positives: Our defense holding their offense to 7 points Negatives: Only 7 points from our offense?? You can't be a playoff team if you score only 7 points/ you can't rely on your defense getting you the other 7 points. And we have detroit this week who I'm scared of, more so than the Bears.
