7. Needs to be docked 10 miles away from Washington, D.C., in the middle of nowhere at a nondescript location with not enough parking and too few roads to handle the crush of passengers.

Not even sure it's about that. I think the big thing here is the Owner's plea during this whole lockout fiasco is that they needed the extra money to reinvest into future stadiums, facilities, etc. Which we all know is a load of horse shit. They just want more money to sponsor their already lavish lifestyle.
