| Re: John Beck Era Begins Anyone else find it amusing that both Rex and McNabb are benched the same week? Sources -- Minnesota Vikings to start rookie Christian Ponder at QB - ESPN Rightfully so I might add.

1) Decides not to re-sign Campbell 2) Trades a 2nd round pick (and another pick, I forget which round) for Donovan McNabb 3) Trades for John Beck 4) Signs Rex Grossman 5) Benches Donovan McNabb (then has a disastrous presser explaining why) 6) Starts Rex Grossman the remainder of 2010 7) Trades Donovan McNabb for a side of rice pilaf 8) Praises John Beck in the offseason like he's God's gift (Kyle wanted him 10th overall in Houston, etc etc) 9) Starts Rex Grossman after an open competition in camp 10) Benches Rex Grossman 5 weeks into the season (I agree with this decision wholeheartedly) 11) Names John Beck the starter. WHEW!! Let's hope he starts hitting on some of his quarterback decisions.
