| Re: Redskins Choose Tashard Idk would you rather have royster as a back up??? i love the kid but is slow. and Torrain had one good week and the rest has been pretty awful. I think first we need to give helu more than 2 carries a week. treat him as a sproles or tolbert and allow him some touches. idk choice is there to see what he can do. No commitment to him.

| Re: Redskins Choose Tashard With our line play right now, there isn't anyone who is likely to rack up a lot of yards. So Choice will come in and suffer like our existing backs are suffering, and everyone with think that this is a wasted pickup (which it probably is). |

Generally speaking I don't understand why Helu isn't getting the opportunity to get in a rhythm. Give him 10 carries in a qtr and see what happens at least. He must have earned some trust as a blocker since he's in there on 3rd down. So why not try him as an everydown back?
