I can't even think of another coach in NFL history who has even been given the chance to fail 3 times...

| Re: Coaching Changes Not sure what we need right now is a new offense to go along with our other issues. We tried that route a few years ago when Gibbs brought in Saunders in year 3 of his regime, that didn't work out so hot. |

| Re: Coaching Changes I don't mean they do bad when I say "they don't make it". I'm referring to injury. All of the QBs under his offense end up injured. He believes in minimum pass protection.

| Re: Coaching Changes The only Washington coaching change i would make would be Danny Smith. I'm fond of him, but this year your unit was a joke. I want the Shanahans to have more than 5 years to make this work. I'm patient with them.

I'm not looking forward to seeing Cooley run the ball two downs in a row again. :smashfrea

| Re: Coaching Changes That was a little awkward, but i can appreciate them trying to incorporate him in the offense as a fullback. It just didnt work. I like their flexibility and willingness to try new things. IE: the late adoption of the pitch to the running back.
