| Re: Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs Well both their names end in "ford." So you'll be good with either.

| Re: Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs Yeah, that eventually they will break down and leave you stranded on the side of the road.

| Re: Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs Hijack. Don't start nocking on Ford now. They didn't take any bail out money and have the best selling truck for 34 years straight. You probably drive an asian wonder car I'm sure...

| Re: Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs [sarcasm alert] Of course I never thought TJ Yates could win a playoff game this year. After all, the Houston offense is so complicated that it takes several years "in the system" just to get the terminology down so the QB MIGHT be able to run a 2-minute offense there. No way a kid can pick up something that complex so quickly...[/ sarcasm]

| Re: Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs Has Yates really done anything all that special, other than not give games away? The Texans have a strong running game and defense. Anytime you have those two things a rookie QB will have a chance. |

| Re: Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs The thing is you dont need a QB to do a whole lot more. Had Rex been better at not giving away games the season might have turned out differently. |

| Re: Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs Because of our talent level, Rex was called upon to do more than he was capable of.....and far more than Yates was called upon to do.

| Re: Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs I dont see it that way. They werent asking Rex to be Peyton Manning, all they wanted him to do was complete some passes (which he did) and not give away the football (he didnt do). That's all it looks like Yates had to do and he did it. |

| Re: Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs Giants/Falcons game looks to be a defensive battle, very different from the Saints/Lions game yesteday.
