I know 40 times don't say it all but Hanerson runs 4.43 at the combine. He has good top end speed and so does Helu.

Yea, they used banks a few times on offense and everytime he got the ball. Soon as he is on the field you know he is either running it or its a pass play b/c he can't block anyone but a punter.

I would put the quarterback conundrum as such:

For great personnel guys, good quarterback play isn't difficult at all to find. You can get it pretty much via free agency, bargain basement scouting, draft, trade, whatever.

For mediocre personnel guys, quarterbacks good enough to obscure the other flaws on your roster are nearly impossible to find.

Keep putting good people in the organization, and the quarterback will have great numbers. Whether you attribute that to the QB or his environment isn't really important. You'll enjoy great seasons by the quarterback if you have smart people who are allowed to do their jobs.

Paul is a good blocker and special teams guy. He may take a while to shine as a catching wr in the offense.

Leonard Hankerson took a while to develop on the next level. But he developed and he played admiringly well when he got playing time. I look forward to seeing him have big games for the Redskins in the near future.
