Year 2 - Comeback player of the year??? 12-4??? Divisional round playoff game at home??? Superbowl??? 8-8 or worse??? We just have to wait impatiently to find out.

I would be shocked if He and Us didn't get a deal done either now or the first 2 days of FA.

That is great news! I think he'll help maintain the high character mentality in the locker room. They are really, really putting an emphasis on that this year (along with last) and I like it.

What will his responsibilities be? Will this essentially be a role in which he is kind of a mentor in young players' lives? IE how to invest your money, how to be a professional, etc.?

If that's the case, I think this is a good move for us. PD always brought a leadership role to the Skins while he was here, and now he can continue to do so for us while not taking up roster space.

I wish the Skins would hire me as Redskins Players Social Chair and a nice budget to work with. I would do it, but I kinda want the character from Park & Rec Aziz Asari plays to assist me with it. be like a liaison between the players and Phillip Daniels.
